Summer Reading Program 2016 “Tortoise And The Hare”
Educational stage puppet performance.
This summer, invite our puppets to take part in your summer reading program with our brand new show, If Books Could Talk. This show is a spin on the classic children’s story of the tortoise and the hare, with a reading twist! The tortoise and the hare are taking part in a race to the library to win a talking book. Along the way they’ll be encountering obstacles that test their knowledge and book smarts, and demonstrate the importance of reading in real life situations. Kids will learn why it’s necessary to exercise the mind in addition to the body.
This show is an entertaining, engaging and educational stage puppet performance that includes interactive portions where the kids will actually get to help the puppets out as they go through the story. After the feature presentation story is over, the kids will then get a behind the scenes look at how the puppet show was actually performed from behind the stage. This is followed by an interactive meet n greet where the kids will actually get to come on up and meet the puppets face to face.
